A day in the life

No two days the same — but always sensible

A typical Tuesday: three or four homes, and home in time for the school run. We don't pack rotas to the minute.

08:30

Morning brief

App opens with today's route, notes from each home, and any visit-specific priorities. Coffee in the car.

09:00 — 12:00

Two morning visits

Familiar homes. You know the dog's name, where the keys live, which surfaces need the gentle cloth.

13:00 — 15:30

Afternoon & sign-off

Last home of the day, a quick photo log if relevant, sign-off in the app and you're done.

Looking for

The kind of person we're hoping you are

More about temperament than experience. If the list below sounds like you — or a version of you on a good day — we'd love to hear from you.

01

You notice the small things

The skirting board no one looks at. The mug ring on the windowsill. You can't help fixing them.

02

You're trustworthy on instinct

People give you their keys. You don't snoop, you don't gossip, you treat their home like yours.

03

You communicate clearly

If something's off — running late, a broken lamp, a worry — you'd rather say it than hope it goes unnoticed.

04

You drive (or can get around)

Most homes are spread across the Fylde, so a car helps.

Common questions

Before you apply

Do I need previous cleaning experience?
No. We've trained excellent cleaners from scratch. What matters is attention to detail, reliability, and how you handle yourself in someone else's home.
What hours can I work?
You tell us. Most of our team work between 8am and 4pm, Monday to Friday. We can build school-run-friendly routes, do shorter weeks, or fit around another job.
Are you employed or self-employed?
We offer both, and we'll talk you through which works best for your situation. Tips are kept in full.
Do I need my own equipment?
No — we provide all supplies and any specialist kit. You'll need your own car and a phone for daily check-ins.
How does the application process work?
A short form, then a 15-minute call. If that goes well, you spend half a day shadowing a lead cleaner. We do DBS and reference checks before your first solo visit.

Tell us a bit about you

Five minutes is plenty. We'll come back the same working day and book a friendly chat.
